1.     How do I mount my WoodSnap on the wall?

a.   We have created a Portrait and Landscape slot on the back to easily slide your custom photo canvas on to a wall screw. Wall screws included in every order.

2.     How do I take care of a WoodSnap print?

a.   WoodSnap Prints are unlike any other of those wood prints found online. Because of our patent pending 10-step process, our wood canvases are heat and moisture resistant. You can even use a wet rag of water and simply wipe them off!

3.     How do you Print a Photo on Wood? Why are you the Industry Leader?

a.   We have spent years perfecting our 10-step, patent pending process of treating and printing on the highest grade plywood. One of the reasons we are the industry leader in wood printing is because we infuse the ink INTO the wood like a tattoo, allowing our colors to remain vibrant while having the wood grain show through. This is what gives our canvases a very natural and earthy look. We DO NOT use any white ink, so anything white in your photo will be actually be the natural wood color showing through. We also use UV coating in our ink so it protects against sun exposure. Our prints are durable, vibrant and turn your photos into works of art!

4.     How are you able to print directly on the wood?

a.   We have a team of little, magical elves that use their mystical mind powers to print directly on your wood canvas!

5.     How long will my order take to complete (turnaround time)?

a.   We usually ship out your order between 3-5 business days after you place it. *However, if your photo needs to be edited we will send you a proof for your approval. After you approve of your edited photo your turnaround time of 3-5 days begins at that time. Same goes for orders that have been put on hold due to a bad crop ratio, low-resolution, etc.

6.     Holiday Season?

a.   Due to high volumes, we may not be able to process orders within the normal 3-5 business day (Mon-Fri) lead time. Please contact customer service if your order is time sensitive.

8.     What kind of photo looks best printed on wood?

a.   WoodSnap recommends light colored photos (ex: open skies). The less ink that is used, the more the wood grain will show through!

9.     What file format do you accept?

a.   The best file format to send to us is a high resolution jpg. No need to worry about cropping the image. We will take care of that for you!

10.     What are your shipping options?

a.   We ship all domestic orders via Fedex. Visit www.fedex.com for more information. We use USPS to ship orders to Canada.

a.   We ship anywhere in the United States and Canada. Sorry, at this time we do not ship internationally.

a.   Absolutely! We have gift cards that can be purchased online.

15.     Will my WoodSnap look exactly like my photo/illustration?

a.   It will not be an exact replication. It will look even better! We are printing on wood.  The distinct character, blemishes and wood grain of each canvas will meld with your photo creating a one of a kind print. Since we do not use white ink ANY white in your photo will be the natural color of the wood showing. This gives it a warm, natural and “yellower” tone throughout your photo. Please be advised regarding this and our return policy.

16.     What is your return policy?

a.   Each order placed at WoodSnap is an original custom piece. We combine your artistic vision/photo and carefully match it with the perfect wood canvas. This custom blending of photo and specific, distinctive wood grain is what makes your WoodSnap unique and one of a kind. This is not a product that we can restock and sell again. Because of this exclusivity, we do not accept returns. However, if your print is damaged or has a major flaw contact our Customer Service department within 15 days of receiving your print and we will gladly reprint it for you.
